WEEK 46 – WEIGH IN

I’m back on track!!!

All I needed to do was control my diet and increase the number and duration of my works outs!!!

Easy peasy lemon squeazy right?

Honestly, its hard. Weight loss requires that you stay aware of your calorie intake and any changes in your calorie burn, while also dealing with everything going on in your life.

For me, having a weekly checkpoint that makes me “face the numbers” is really important. Instead of sliding for a month before I realize it, I get to think about where I am every week, and try and figure out what happened since last week.

What helped?

What hurt?

But I force myself to think about it, which is the first step to any change.
