Fat Guy – Rest Day Workout 2

I was actually trying to do a 60 minute challenge walk, but only got to 1.39 miles before my ribs started to hurt and I called it.

Trying to lose weight sucks. I try to be so careful with Keto and I’ve cut sugar and carbs out of my diet, but god is this hard.
