WEEK 15 – WEIGH IN

I am so happy, I got eat some chicken wings today!!!

Chicken wings are my reward when I make weight for the week. For me, as long as I lose 1lb from last week, I consider that a success. So I made it this week, so I got rewarded with delicious (not breaded) chicken wings.

Losing weight sucks. I have cut back so much on volume and calories, and I am amazed at how tough it is to continue keeping the scale moving in a downward direction. My only conclusion is that we are just completely eating way to many calories.

For me, that is the main value of keto. It makes me cut out all sugar and carbs, and even then, I apparently am meeting my dietary needs unless I spend a few hours a week on the treadmill.

It makes me think we need a healthcare tax on all fast food, soda, and candy. Because those are the things that are killing us.
