I started today’s “Rest Day” workout intending to go for a full 60 minutes but within 5 minutes I knew I wasn’t going to make it.
It is hot and humid here today. The rain just ended, and the air feels like I am breathing soup.
On top of that I feel like there is a knot in the middle of my butt cheeks and my left thigh is tingling. All signs that I overdid it yesterday.
I may take a day off tomorrow, a real day off, and hopefully I’ll feel better on Wednesday.
