60 MIN CHALLENGE – DAY 32

I started with my normal workout warm-up and ramped up by 0.1 mph every 0.5 miles of distance, until I hit my target of 3.5 mph. I was able to hold that pace until mile 1.7, but then had to drop down as my legs just didn’t have it and my lower back was beginning to ache.

I can remember when I would be in bed for a day if I tried to walk 3 miles, so I guess I’ve made a massive strides, but sometimes its depressing that an hour walk seems to be about my physical limit. It sucks getting old.
