WEEK 21 – WEIGH IN

I drove cross country and back in one week, so eating healthy was very hard. There were times where the only thing that kept me going was what I could find at truck stops or gas stations.

So I’m not surprised that my weight went the wrong week, but I’m home and going to focus on regaining the lost ground.
