I am still recovering from last week and the break in my normal workout schedule, but, no matter how much it hurts, I am going to still get on the treadmill as long as I don’t believe I’m doing any long term damage.
How much does that suck? There are times when that little voice in my head says, get off, you might be hurting yourself, and I honestly don’t know if its just weakness or reality sometimes.
On the positive side, I’ve walked 122.77 miles since I’ve started doing the 60 Minute Challenges!!!!
