REST DAY 8 WORKOUT

Today was my first day back on the treadmill since I pushed too hard last week and ended up with some sciatica and pressure. I haven’t been laid up which is good, but I hate that fire in my thigh and foot that happens when my back is acting up.

So I was trying to just make a mile today but I quit early when I started to feel fire ants on my right thigh. I’m going to take a few more days of recovery and try again early next week.
