I’ve taken a few days off to recover, but I’m not back in “pre aggravation” status yet. I felt good up until about the half mile mark (going at 2.5mph) but then my right thigh started to burn so I stopped pretty quickly after that, as I don’t want to aggravate whatever nerve I squished 2 weeks ago.
What did I learn? First, I thought I was doing awesome after losing 25lbs and that I could push harder than I really could. Sadly, I just have a condition and need to not push past 3.5 miles an hour, because that is where my back just can’t take the shock or pounding on my lower back.
