WEEK 26 – WEIGH IN

Losing weight while unable to workout is really hard. I’m still recovering after I tweaked my back (because I’m an idiot who was feeling good and pushed too hard on the treadmill) and the only way to lose weight is to drastically cut calorie intake. It sucks, but it is the only option if you can’t work out.
