I take a few more days off, both to rest, and because it was Father’s Day weekend and be lazy seemed like a great way to celebrate. It’s Monday though, and I pigged out on Father’s Day, so now I need to pay the price. Overall it was a good, short walk. No discomfort, just a small twinge in my thigh, so I didn’t push it. I’ll work back up to a full sixty minutes, and I’m never, ever, going to go over 3.5 mph again, because being in pain sucks, and my back has given me a clear message. Go over 3.5mph and you will hurt for weeks.
