WEEK 29 – WEIGH IN

Last weekend was the 4rth of July, which means it was a long weekend, and that means I drank like a fish and even though I only ate Keto, I put a few lbs on.

On top of the long weekend, I also feel like getting below the 240’s is going to be hard. I don’t think I’ve been in the 230’s for twenty years. Is it biology? Some subconscious part of my brain that struggles to let me hit that goal. So this week is going to be fun, because I want to get back on track!!!
