I love shotguns. They are the perfect all around weapon. You can hunt, defend, and generally do very well with one weapon.
And imagine what this 20G slug would do to a zombie, and the one behind that one, if it hit them. There is just so much mass and energy behind a shotgun slug. If it absolutely has to be put down, a slug is the only way to go.
