I just don’t see how this is legal. It looks “to real” and could incite people to call 911 or other law enforcement. To me it is no different than yelling fire in a crowded theater.
What if someone tries to stop that truck thinking they are saving a girl? Who is liable for damages or the loss of life? I could imagine it going bad real quick.
