Best Gifts For 2014 – Zombie Cards Playing Cards
Bicycle Zombies Playing Cards are the perfect stocking stuffers for the coming holidays for anyone who is a fan of the Undead.
Bad Gun Handling – Don’t Be Stupid
I know they are car guys, but how dumb do you have to be to look down the barrel of a 12g? Can anyone guess what I’m going to say next?
- Treat every gun likes its loaded.
- Never trust the safety. Its a mechanical device and could fail.
- Never give a weapon to someone without giving them a safety talk first and making sure they understand and can responsibly handle a firearm.
Best Gifts For 2014 – Your Safe From Zombies Tee
Want to make everyone around you smile? Get the Zombies Eat Brains So You’Re Safe T Shirt and make some new friends. (Or they might hate you for it – what do I know?)
Best Gifts For 2014 – Throwing Knives
This is a present that the receiver will always remember. Get this Throwing Knife Set and a target or a sheet of plywood, and you will be a hero. There is just something so awesome and primal about throwing a piece of steel at a target and seeing it strike where you aimed.
Best Gifts For 2014 – Zombie Family Decal
What do you get for that special someone who already buys themselves everything they want? You get them a WE ATE YOUR STICK FAMILY Decal Zombies that’s what.
This also works great for your wife if she has one of those “other” more conventional stick figure stickers on her vehicle. Peel that, off, stick this on, and see how long it takes her to notice. Then blame the dog. Or the kid.
The Walking Dead (Season 5, Episode 7)
Episode 7, Crossed
Summary:
Crossed kicks off with Team Rick fortifying the church. Noah wants to go back to Atlanta, and Rick is momentarily torn about who should go with him to help save Beth. In the end it is Rick, Tyrese, Sasha, Noah, and Daryl. Rick wants to assault the hospital as quietly as possible but Tyrese wants to try and make a trade out in the open and avoid any violence.
Daryl supports Tyrese and Team Rick uses Noah as bait to pull in some of the hospital cops so they can trade them for Beth. Noah takes a nice hit from the front of the cop car but Team Rick takes two of the cops only to have it go sideways when the “bad guard” shows up and tries a rescue. Shots are fired but in the end Team Rick ends up with three guards to bargain with instead of two.
Rick, Tyrese and Daryl leave to go work on the trade and leave Sasha to watch Bob the prisoner. Sasha then does something really stupid and takes Bob the prisoner to the window to try and “help” him by killing a walker that used to be a friend.
Out at the firetruck Team Eugene is in disarray. Eugene is down and may be badly hurt and Abraham is still on the edge. And they can’t move Eugene but are out of water, which means that Glenn, Tara and Rosita have to go to collect some while Maggie stays at the firetruck to keep watch. When Rosita shows Glenn & Tara how to filter some water they see a ripple in the water, but I’m not sure what it means yet. I thought it was going to be something bad, but it turns out it was just fish. As Glenn and Rosita catch some fish Tara finds a yoyo to play with.
In the church the pastor is having some sort of breakdown. He is doing his best to clean the blood from the floors and nearly vomits when Carl explains he should learn how to fight. After getting freaked out he locks himself in a room and then uses the machete Carl encouraged him to pick up to pry up floor boards. Is he trying to escape? Yep, the moron opens a hole in the floor and sneaks out only to get a nail stuck in his foot. What a moron. Will the hole he left compromise the church or will the pastor bring a horde back later?
Back at the hospital Beth is struggling to keep Carol alive. Beth was given the key to the meds locker but we aren’t sure why yet. Was the female cop in charge really doing a kindness or is there an ulterior motive? Beth does successfully get Carol some meds.
The very last thing we hear, but not see, is what we think is Eugene waking up – and Sgt. Ford takes a drink of water – symbolizing he maybe forgives himself for what he did ti Eugene?
Things I loved about this episode…
- Tara making up their group name from the letters of their names. It something dumb like I’d do so I liked it.
- Rosita showing Tara and Glenn how to build a dirt/clay water filter – which Eugene showed her.
Things that I didn’t like about this episode…
- If I was Glenn I would not leave Maggie behind to go get some water. You nearly lost her once. Don’t let her out of your sight.
- Why is Rick using a silencer when others aren’t? A silencer is only good for so many shots. Why ruin its effectiveness.
- Try and pull up a wooden floor with a machete. First, not so easy. Second, there is usually a sub-floor. I’ve tried to cut half inch plywood with a machete once. It doesn’t work so well.
- Come on pastor, if you can’t kill walkers you are a dead man.
- Come on Sasha, you never let your prisoner get up and put your back to them. You keep control of them and keep them in a position where they can’t move easily. Bind their feet so they can only take 4 inch steps for instance. Or just don’t let them up.
