Aliens
starts fifty seven years after the original Alien incident. The planet where Ripley’s crew originally encountered the Alien has been colonized and after Ripley wakes up from cryo sleep we find out that contact with the colony has gone silent. Since Ripley is the only person who may know what happened to the colony she is co-opted into going with a squad of bad ass space marines, and a single “artificial” person – whom Ripley immediately distrusts because of her previous experiences with artificial intelligence.
While Ripley may not like Bishop, he does have some awesome moves.
Aliens has non stop action, a touch of back stabbing intrigue, and even after two decades the special effects hold up better than some movies made this year. All those things combined make Aliens this Saturdays Movie.
