Every child should be able to go to college – and I don’t mean this bullshit where the middle class gets strangled.
If you have a decent job you can’t get any real support. If your lucky you can still get some subsidized loans, but otherwise you are screwed. And most of the middle class can’t add a $25 or $30 K per year bill and still stay afloat. So instead students and families go into huge amounts of debt.
There are two things that should never be For Profit:
- Prisons
- Schools
When you mix money with either you just have a reason to turn both into businesses. They shouldn’t be businesses. They both should be there to help people. Not to be a profit center for some corporation.
