I hope this is someone using training rounds and just playing.
Having said that, you should fully understand the weapon you are going to pick up before you do so.
If you are going to use a new firearm you should read the manual and if it is a weapons system, you should be properly trained before you put yourself and everyone around you at risk before you handle it.
